The USA President "negotiates" with the expectation to change "his" negotiated terms into the future, so why negotiate with an "I'll keep changing my mind" President? Canada does not need any goods/products from USA. The USA does not dictate to whom and what countries we make agreements with, nor how Canadians are to live. The President needs to deal with his own USA disaster he has created and help his American population, instead of blaming other countries and states, "We are doing great!" . 5th generation Canadian
It’s absolutely not true! There’s a quota of milk agreed to by USMCA, with a tariff potential if the quota is going to be exceeded. However, these quotas have NOT BEEN EXCEEDED in the past decade!!

As a Canadian, I say we put money in East-West pipelines instead so we can export our oil to countries other than the US and reduce our dependency on our unreliable neighbour.
