Geeze, these people who were 62 looked like they were in their 80's! Smoking ages ya fast!
I would argue that Tallulah Bankhead didn't 'struggle' with anything as you suggest. Instead, It's clear she enjoyed the things in life that bring you joy but are ultimately bad for you. The fact that she lived to be 68 is actually pretty amazing.
My niece Sofia sang "Cry Me a River" on stage at her high school. She's 16 and thankfully never started smoking.
WOW a huge THANK YOU, Amazing ,,Keep up the great work everyone.
It’s sad that so many talented stars passed away from smoking, leaving a costly lesson for future generations.
I have noticed that smoking is reappearing in TV shows and movies after decades of absence. This is BAD.
You wouldn’t think such an athletic guy like Patrick S. would smoke …..
It’s outstanding from beginning to end. This video brings such strong inspiration.
I’m 72 now and walk 6 to 8 miles, sometimes more every day. I smoked at an early age. In 1977 my doctor told me I had chronic bronchitis from cigarette smoking and WOULD have emphysema. I had an uncle and a close friend who had terrible emphysema that killed both of them. I quit for 5 years in 1977, started back in 1982 and smoked 2 more years. Although it was extremely hard, I quit smoking for good in April of 1984 and haven’t smoked since. It was extremely difficult but my lungs can breathe deeply and well. I gave up alcohol in March of 1992 and have been a teetotaler since. Great advice is if you don’t smoke, don’t start. If you do, quit. It’s a challenge but is very much worth it! I developed a positive addiction…physical.
Yessssssss....Smoking is a killer. However remember....WE DIDN'T KNOW BACK THEN JUST HOW BAD it was for us....
My father, grandfather and in laws all died from smoking. Anyone who smokes has a death wish.
